The grantee shall be evaluated by the division at least once prior to the end of each 12-month period of the contract. The purpose of the evaluation is to evaluate the progress of the grantee toward the stated goals and objectives of the project, as well as other matters relating to contractual obligations. The grantee shall receive a written report of the evaluation from the division.
