Rule 351-4.62 - Payment of penalty(1)Where payment made. Checks or money orders shall be made payable and forwarded to: Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board, 510 East 12th Street, Suite lA, Des Moines, Iowa 50319. Such funds shall be deposited in the general fund of the state of Iowa.(2)Who may make payment. Payment may be made at the person's discretion, including from funds of a committee or from personal funds of an officer of a committee. This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 68B.32A(8).
