Rule 351-4.45 - Corporate-sponsored political committee

These rules do not prevent a corporate entity from soliciting eligible members to join or contribute to its own corporate-sponsored political committee (PAC), so long as the corporate entity adheres to the provisions of Iowa Code section 68A.503.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 68A.503.
