For the purposes of these rules and Iowa Code section 68A.405, "newspaper or magazine" means a regularly scheduled publication of news, articles of opinion, and features available to the general public which does not require membership in or employment by a specific organization.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 68A.405.
