Rule 286-3.1 - State of Iowa Libraries Online (SILO)

Purpose is to provide electronic access to Iowa's library resources and to electronic information resources. Includes an electronic "card catalog" and associated electronic interlibrary loan system to facilitate the identifying and requesting of library materials among Iowa libraries. Delivers statewide library access to numerous citation and full text databases.
