Rule 283-5.7 - Waiver of procedures

Unless otherwise precluded by law, the parties in a contested case proceeding may waive any provision of this chapter However, the commission, in its discretion, may refuse to give effect to such a waiver when it deems the waiver to be inconsistent with the public interest.
