Rule 282-3.1 - Petition for declaratory order

Throughout the rule, in lieu of the words "(designate agency)", insert "the Board of Educational Examiners, 701 East Court Avenue, Suite A, Des Moines, Iowa 50309". In lieu of the words "(AGENCY NAME)", in the heading on the petition insert "BEFORE THE BOARD OF EDUCATIONAL EXAMINERS".
