Rule 281-120.720 - Data requirements-general

(1)General. The department must annually report to the Secretary and to the public on the information required by Section 618 of the Act at the times specified by the Secretary.

(2)Manner of reporting. The department must submit the report to the Secretary in the manner prescribed by the Secretary.
