Rule 281-120.441 - Attorney fees

Reasonable attorney fees are available to a prevailing party (parent or, in certain circumstances, public agency or EIS provider) in a due process hearing or a mediation conference to the extent those fees are available under the Act. No fees are available under the state complaint procedure in subrule 120.430(3).
