Act" means the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Part B of the Act, 34 CFR Part 300, establishes special education for children with disabilities who are age three to the maximum age in Iowa Code section 256B.8. Part B of the Act includes early childhood special education under Section 619 of the Act. Part C of the Act, 34 CFR Part 303, establishes the infants and toddlers program for eligible individuals from birth to age three.
