Rule 281-120.221 - Expenditure of funds

The department must ensure that federal funds made available to the state under Section 643 of the Act will be expended in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, including rules 281-120.500 ( 34CFR303) and 281-120.501 ( 34CFR303 ).
