Rule 281-120.124 - Data collection

(1)General. Each statewide system must include a system for compiling and reporting timely and accurate data that satisfies subrule 120.124(2) and rules 281-120.700 ( 34CFR303) through 281-120.702 ( 34CFR303) and rules 281-120.720 ( 34CFR303) through 281-120.724 ( 34CFR303 ).

(2)Required description. The data system required in subrule 120.124(1) must include a description of the process that the state uses, or will use, to compile data on infants or toddlers with disabilities receiving early intervention services under this chapter, including a description of the state's sampling methods, if sampling is used, for reporting the data required by the Secretary under Sections 616 and 618 of the Act and rules 281-120.700 ( 34CFR303) through 281-120.707( 34CFR303) and rules 281-120.720 ( 34CFR303) through 281-120.724( 34CFR303).
