Rule 281-65.18 - Responsibility of grantee at termination

Within 45 days of the effective date of termination, the grantee shall supply the department with a financial statement detailing all program expenditures up to the effective date of the termination. The grantee shall be solely responsible for all expenditures after the effective date of termination.
