Rule 281-64.4 - Procedures

(1) A quorum consists of two-thirds of the voting members.

(2) When a quorum is present, a position passes when approved by a majority of voting members.

(3) The council will meet at least four times per year and may meet more often at the call of the chair or a majority of voting members.

(4) The chairperson and vice-chair will be elected by the council for a term of two years. After the initial two-year term as vice-chair, the vice-chair will assume the role of chairperson for a term of two years.
