Rule 281-52.13 - Successful operation on a continuous basis

All of the above institutions, except public or other tax-supported schools, must operate successfully on a continuous basis in Iowa for at least two years prior to approval.

The two-year requirement may be waived by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs when the institution submits positive evidence that the school is essential to meet the educational requirements of veterans in the state of Iowa.
