Rule 281-41.177 - Facilities

(1)Equivalent to general education. Each agency providing special education and related services shall supply facilities that shall be at least equivalent in quality to general education classrooms in the system, located in buildings housing regularly enrolled individuals of comparable ages, and readily accessible to individuals with disabilities.

(2)Personnel space and assistance. Each agency providing special education shall ensure that special education personnel are provided adequate access to telephone service and clerical assistance and sufficient and appropriate work space regularly available for their use that is readily accessible to individuals with disabilities.
