"Parentally placed private school children with disabilities" means children with disabilities enrolled by their parents in accredited nonpublic, including religious, schools or facilities that meet the definition of elementary school in rule 281-41.13 (256B, 34CFR300 ) or secondary school in rule 281-41.36 (256B, 34CFR300 ), other than children with disabilities covered under rules 281-41.145 (256B, 34CFR300 ) to 281-41.147 (256B, 34CFR300 ).
