Rule 281-36.3 - Filings by organizations

Each organization will maintain a current file of the following items, available for inspection by the department:

(1) Constitution and bylaws, approved by the state board of education.

(2) Current membership and associate membership lists.

(3) Organization policies.

(4) Minutes of all meetings of organization boards.

(5) Proposed constitution and bylaw amendments or revisions.

(6) Audit reports.

(7) General bulletins.

(8) Other information pertinent to clarifying organization administration.
