Each institution will purchase from the AEA in which the institution is located support, related and other services necessary to provide appropriate educational programs to students requiring special education, and payment for the purchased services shall be made in accordance with subrule 34.7(2). The nature and extent of such services will be comparable to those provided to school districts in the AEA.
