(1)General. Payments to institutions will be made at a time and manner specified in Iowa Code section 282.33(1).(2)Payments to the AEA. Within ten days of receiving its payment, the institution shall pay to the AEA in which the institution is located one-tenth of the total funding included in its approved budget for AEA media services, educational services, and special education support services.Iowa Admin.
