Rule 281-34.14 - [Effective until 5/22/2024] AEA services

Each institution shall purchase from the AEA in which the institution is located support, related and other services necessary to provide appropriate educational programs to students requiring special education, and payment for the purchased services shall be made in accordance with rule 281-34.8 (218). The nature and extent of such services shall be comparable to those provided to school districts in the AEA.
