School districts will make advanced placement courses available to students under the terms of Iowa Code section 261E.4, including making such coursework available to a dually enrolled student under competent private instruction or to a student enrolled in an accredited nonpublic school located in the district if the student meets the same criteria as a regularly enrolled student of the district. An international baccalaureate program is not an advanced placement program.
