Rule 281-17.3 - Court-ordered desegregation plans

(1)Applicability. These rules govern only the components ofa court-ordered desegregation plan as the plan affects open enrollment requests.

(2)Nature of court-ordered desegregation plan. The language of the court order outlines a district's implementation of open enrollment. The district will notify the department of any court-ordered desegregation plan and any court-ordered modifications to that plan.
