Rule 27-40.96 - Issuance of notices of hearing

(1) A hearing date shall be set upon the request of the division or any party and shall be arranged by the division through the department of inspections and appeals. The department of inspections and appeals shall assign an administrative law judge to the proceeding. The request shall be served to all parties of record.

(2) The administrative law judge shall issue notice of hearing to all parties at least 30 days prior to the date of hearing, unless an earlier date is agreed to by all parties.

(3) The notice of hearing shall conform to Iowa Code section 17A.12(2).
