Rule 27-40.22 - Criteria for designating areas as unsuitable for surface coal mining operations

The following is incorporated by reference: 30 CFR Part 762, as in effect on July 1,2010, with the following exceptions:

(1) The general word substitutions in rule 27-40.1 (17A,207) do not apply to 30 CFR 762.12(b) or 762.13(a).

(2) Delete from 30 CFR 762.15 the words "section 522 of the Act" and insert the words "Iowa Code section 207.8 ".
