The following is incorporated by reference: 30 CFR Part 716, as in effect on July 1, 2010, with the following exception:

Delete 30 CFR 716.1(a), subparagraphs (1) through (5), 716.2, 716.3, 716.4, 716.5, 716.6, and 716.10.
