Rule 27-3.29 - Stays of agency action

(1) In lieu of the words "(agency name)" insert "division". In lieu of the words "(board, commission, director)" insert "director or the director's designee".

(2) In lieu of the words "(board, commission, director, as appropriate)" insert "director or the director's designee".

(3) In lieu of the words "(agency name)" insert "division".
