Rule 27-3.27 - Appeals and review
(1) In lieu of the words "(board, commission, director)" insert "director or the director's designee". Delete the words "(or other time period designated by the agency)".
(2) In lieu of the words "(board, commission, director)" insert "director or the director's designee". Delete the words "(or other time period designated by the agency)".
(3) In lieu of the words "(agency name)" insert "division".
(4) Delete the words "(or other time period designated by the agency)". In lieu of the words "(board, commission, director)" insert "director or the director's designee".
(5) In lieu of the words "(agency name)" insert "division".
(6) Delete the words "(or other time period designated by the agency)". In lieu of the words "(board, commission, director)" insert "director or the director's designee".
