Rule 265-39.3 - Eligible applicants

Eligible applicants for HOME assistance include all incorporated cities and all counties within the state of Iowa, nonprofit 501(c) organizations, CHDOs, and for-profit corporations or partnerships. Any eligible applicant may apply directly to IFA.
