The authority anticipates that it will, at least annually, publicize the approximate amount of funds available under this program for the applicable fiscal year on the authority's Web site atwww.iowafinanceauthority.gov. Any unallocated or recovered funds, or payments of interest and principal, or any combination thereof, may be awarded or may be carried over to the next year's cycle of loans at the discretion of the authority.
