Rule 265-20.1 - Purpose

Through its senior living revolving loan program (program), the authority seeks to assist in the development of affordable assisted living and service-enriched affordable housing for seniors and persons with disabilities. This chapter implements 2004 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2298, section 170, which adds Iowa Code section 16.182 to the authority's enabling statute and furthers the goal of the senior living program as specified in Iowa Code section 249H.2.
