Rule 263-9.8 - Notice of public hearings

Notices shall comply with subrule 9.2(4).

(1) Notice of the public hearing shall include:

a. A statement of the time, place and nature of the hearing;

b. A statement of the legal authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be held;

c. A reference to the particular sections of the statutes and rules involved; and

d. A short and plain statement of the matters asserted.

(2) Notice of the public hearing shall comply with Iowa Code section 362.3 and chapter 21.
