Rule 261-405.8 - Applicability after June 30, 2021

(1) Pursuant to 2021 Iowa Acts, Senate File 619, the authority shall not initiate any new loans under the alternate energy revolving loan program after June 30, 2021.

(2) To the extent allowed by other provisions of law, the rules adopted in this chapter shall continue to apply to agreements entered into on or before June 30, 2021.
