Rule 261-15.3 - Eligible uses of funds

Funds appropriated to the authority for the STEM BEST program shall be transferred to the program administrator to fund grant awards. Awards shall be made in accordance with program guidance established by the council and program administrator. The program guidance is published at www.iowastem.org. Funds may also be used for program recruitment and applicant support.
