Rule 223-38.2 - Regulations

The National Register of Historic Places Program shall operate in accordance with National Register of Historic Places, 36 CFR 60, November 16, 1981, and October 2, 1983; Determination of Eligibility for Inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places, 36 CFR 63, September 21, 1977; and Historic Preservation Certification, 36 CFR Part 67, March 12, 1984.
