Rule 222-9.4 - Formal application process

A formal application shall be made on an official form published by the arts division. A finalist candidate shall participate in a personal interview with an advisory panel. A finalist candidate is required to attend the personal interview at the candidate's own expense. A finalist candidate unable to attend the personal interview shall not be considered eligible to receive a scholarship.
