The warehouse operator license certificate, including the warehouse diagram, shall be posted at all times in a conspicuous location in the place of business. A license certificate shall be posted in each location where grain is delivered or weighed. Upon receipt of an amended license, the warehouse operator shall immediately post the amended license and remove the old license.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 203C.34.
