Rule 21-90.3 - Types of products to be warehoused

Products to be warehoused shall be divided into two general types or classes as follows:

(1) Bulk grain, which is grain that is not contained in sacks.

(2) Agricultural and farm consumable products other than bulk grain. Such products include those suitable for storage in quantity, canned agricultural products and products used in producing other agricultural products.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 203 C.1.
