Rule 21-90.29 - Prioritization of inspections of warehouse operators

Warehouse operators with a probability of failure factor greater than 40 percent, as calculated by the statistical model, shall be examined at least twice in a 12-month period.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 203C.2 and 203C.40.
