Rule 21-90.19 - Shrinkage due to moisture

A person who, in connection with the receipt of grain for storage, processing, or sale, adjusts the scale weight of the grain to Cornpensate for the moisture content of the grain; or to Cornpensate for losses to be incurred during the handling, processing, or storage of grain shall do so in accordance with provisions of Iowa Code section 203C.25. This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 203C.25.
