Rule 21-68.66 - Bulk milk delivery

(1) If milk is unloaded or transferred at any location other than a licensed facility, the person having custody of the milk shall notify the department of that unloading or transfer before that milk is processed or shipped to any other location.

(2) Air entering a bulk milk tanker when the tanker is unloading shall be filtered to prevent contamination of the milk when the door to the receiving area is open.
