Rule 21-61.33 - Improper disposal

When the owner of any animal, dead from any cause, neglects or refuses to make proper disposition of the carcasses of such animals it shall be the duty of the township trustees or local board of health to supervise the disposal of such carcasses.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 167.13.
