One exact copy of the labeling of each proposed product shall be submitted with the application. Also, there shall be submitted an ingredient statement, which shall comply with the provisions of 21-45.13 (206) herein, the proposed directions for use of the product, and a list of the specific pests that the product to be sold is intended to control, if such information is not contained in the labeling. Other pertinent information concerning ingredients and physical properties of the product shall also be included on request by the secretary.
