Rule 21-2.27 - Appeals and review
(1) In lieu of the words "(board, Cornmission, director)" insert "secretary or the secretary's designee". Delete the words "(or other time period designated by the agency)".
(2) In lieu of the words "(board, Cornmission, director)" insert "secretary or the secretary's designee". Delete the words "(or other time period designated by the agency)".
(3) In lieu of the words "(agency name)" insert "department".
(4) Delete the words "(or other time period designated by the agency)". In lieu of the words "(board, Cornmission, director)" insert "secretary or the secretary's designee".
(5) In lieu of the words "(agency name)" insert "department".
(6) Delete the words "(or other time period designated by the agency)". In lieu of the words "(board, Cornmission, director)" insert "secretary or the secretary's designee".
