Rule 21-2.25 - Interlocutory appeals

In lieu of the words "(board, Cornmission, director)" insert "secretary or the secretary's designee". In lieu of the words "(of the presiding officer)" insert "of the presiding officer". Delete the words "(or other time period designated by the agency)".
