Rule 21-13.15 - [Effective 2/12/2025] Purpose

The purpose of the renewable fuel infrastructure program for biodiesel terminal grants is to provide grants to a terminal facility which stores, blends, or distributes biodiesel fuel, including B2 through B98 and B99/B100, to dealers and retailers.
