Rule 21-12.1 - Purpose

The purpose of these rules is to further the economic development of Iowa and to encourage production of the renewable fuel and coproduct industry of Iowa by providing specific funding for technical assistance to any person who is located in Iowa or desiring to locate in Iowa.
