Rule 205-9.4 - [Effective until 1/15/2025] Certificate not to be deemed a pardon

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be deemed to alter or limit or affect the manner of applying for pardons to the governor, and no certificate issued hereunder shall be deemed or construed to be a pardon.
