Rule 201-50.20 - Access to the courts

Prisoners who do not have an attorney shall have access to the legal materials the jail decides to provide, in order to facilitate the preparation of legal documents that directly or collaterally attack the prisoner's sentence or that challenge the conditions of the prisoner's confinement.
