Rule 201-10.7 - Statement of reasons

If so requested by any interested person, pursuant to the provisions of Iowa Code section 17A.4(1) and upon adoption of any proposed rule, the director shall prepare a statement of principal reasons for and against the proposed rule, containing the reasons for overruling considerations urged against the rule.
